Emma has over 25 years experience in the central London property market, after a break Emma returns to lead Residential Land’s acquisitions and sales team. She and her team are responsible for sourcing on and off market purchases, maintaining and strengthening relationships with 1,800 letting and estate agents and motivating them to achieve premium prices for sales properties and developing contacts with potential buyers and their advisers. Prior to joining Residential Land in 2000, Emma gained 15 years London estate agency experience working for Barnard Marcus and John Spencer.
