Stuart has worked in the property industry for over 30 years and has worked for Residential Land since 2006. Stuart leads the lettings department with responsibility for all aspects of the group’s letting portfolio, maintaining exceptionally high occupancy rates, the implementation of all current legislation and company procedures and maintaining and developing relationships with our network of over 1,800 letting agents. Stuart joined Residential Land from Fraser & Co, where he set up and managed their new Baker Street office Marylebone.
