Residential Land took over as our landlord’s part way through our tenancy last year. The service since has been excellent and our dedicated building manager Sibel has always been extremely helpful, on hand to deal with any issues that do arise and sending appropriate assistance within 24 hours. The overall building maitenance has also been great with redecoration of communal areas and repairs to gates and entrances within weeks of Residential Land taking over, offering a really proactive approach.
Overall a really positive landlord experience.
