Residential Land and its founder Bruce Ritchie has pledged the money towards Mail Force’s PPE campaign. Mr Richie’s family has kindly donated £50k towards the campaign in order to show his support to those risking their safety on the Covid-19 frontline.
The main aim of the campaign is to fund essential equipment needed by care and NHS workers. The campaign has been supported by many well-known people such as Tetra Pak, Julia Rausing, Sir Brian Souter and has been an absolute success. It has raised over £10 million in first 7 weeks after the launch.
‘We are very happy to help’ said Mr Ritchie to Daily Mail. Not only he was stricken with the virus and suffered its effects for 2 weeks himself, Bruce Ritchie has also a close family member working at the NHS frontline, who told him about the shortage of PPE equipment for care workers and encouraged to be part of this wonderful cause.
Here at Residential Land we are proud to be able to help and support causes that matter. If you would like to make a donation to Mail Force Charity PPE Campaign click here.
